Master Planning
A collaborative process with Club leadership, staff and key stakeholders to define long-term goals and priorities while identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the facility.
Our Master Plan recommendations feature supporting visuals, cost guidance and a phased implementation approach. Each step of the way, the plan is refined into a final roadmap the Club can confidently adopt and present to its membership
Construction Documents
Turning the approved plan into a precise roadmap requires careful planning. When needed, we prepare a detailed grading plan with one-foot contour intervals to help evaluate cut-and-fill balance across the project.
We then develop detailed construction drawings and specifications that clearly communicate scope, materials and design intent. These documents move projects forward efficiently while supporting accuracy, budget control and faithful execution of the design.
Construction
We guide the project from bid to completion with oversight and collaboration. If needed, we assist with evaluating contractor proposals and helping select the correct contractor for the work.
Our site visits during construction provide direction, monitor progress and refine details to protect the design intent. We also review payment applications, conduct a final inspection and assist with final payment review to help ensure the work is completed as planned.
